Description

The Eric Chung for Michigan (MI-10) campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager to help carry out the campaign call time program. This is a full-time position based in the district. There is a preference for the ability to start quickly. Date to be in the district is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Manage the call time program, including but not limited to staffing the candidate, conducting donor outreach and follow up, taking accurate notes, and preparing call lists

• Conduct donor research to acquire prospective donors

• Assist with building fundraising events

• Staffing donor meetings, fundraising events, and potential other in-district events

• Processing checks in a timely manner

• Providing operational and organizational support for the campaign

• Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ cycle of previous campaign experience (finance experience preferred, not required)

• Ability to keep track of multiple projects at once

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to stay organized

• An interest in fundraising and learning new skills

• Experience using Microsoft and Google tools, such as Excel/Sheets and Docs

• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $4,000 - $5,000/month, commensurate with experience.
