JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ford for Governor campaign is seeking both part-time and full-time interns to join our finance team. These individuals will support our fundraising operation during one of the most competitive and consequential gubernatorial races of 2026. Interns will have the option to work either remotely or out of the campaign office in Las Vegas. Finance interns must be able to commit to the program for at least two months.

Primary Responsibilities:

●Assist with preparing daily call time lists for the candidate and senior staff.

●Conduct donor research and build targeted fundraising lists.

●Enter and clean data in Numero, ActBlue, and other campaign finance systems.

●Help compile briefing materials, memos, and event prep docs.

●Support digital fundraising tracking and reporting.

●Provide general administrative and data support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

●Must be at least 18 years old by June 15, 2025.

●Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required.

●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

●Interest in political campaigns, public service, or fundraising.

●Prior experience with Numero, ActBlue, or similar tools is a plus but not required.

Timeline:

Internship hours are flexible, and both full-time and part-time schedules will be considered based on availability. The summer position for which we are currently hiring begins on June 15, 2025 and runs through August 15, 2025 with the opportunity for extension.
