Digital Strategist

Location: Berkeley, CA (PT hours, hybrid in-office schedule)

Type: Full-Time/Seasonal | Mid to Senior Level

Salary: Minimum $71,500, commensurate with experience and in conjunction with Trilogy’s transparent salary structure + full benefits

Summary:

The Digital Strategist is the engine behind our digital campaigns, serving as the point person for client relations and internal execution. You’d develop and oversee programs across email, social media, and digital advertising channels, working closely with our creative, production, and media teams to push innovative, data-driven strategies for political, nonprofit, and advocacy clients. Requires strong project management skills, political acumen, and experience in planning and executing digital strategy. This is not an entry-level role, but ideal for experienced digital professionals passionate about progressive causes.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong background in digital strategy, issue advocacy, or campaign politics.

  • Experience with organic social media strategy and digital ad strategy.

  • Confidence managing client relationships, complicated projects, and large budgets.

  • Prior agency, campaign, or organizing experience strongly preferred.
