We are a creative, collaborative, and strategic media and public affairs firm seeking an entry-level Associate to join our dynamic team. This member of the team will work across multiple teams to help produce TV, digital, and radio ads and inform client strategy and development. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional services to our clients. The primary responsibilities of this role include servicing client accounts alongside senior staff, handling logistical aspects of client support, and assisting the firm's principals with research and marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:

Assist senior staff to service client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Manage logistical aspects of media client support including but not limited to concept design through post-production work, planning shoots, obtaining permissions and licenses, booking post-production, performing quality control

Assist in the public dissemination of the firm's work products.

Support the public affairs team in organizing meetings, staffing events, preparing client materials, research, project management and scheduling.

Support the firm's principals in research tasks related to identifying and developing future clients.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, clients, and external partners.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and / or previous volunteer or internship experience in political campaigns or a relevant industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with video production and post-production processes is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ability to join occasional in-person work at the editing studio and travel for video shoots.
