In search of an experienced Field Director to help build a campaign for DC’s Delegate seat. You’ll work with volunteers, connect with voters, organize canvasses, phone banks, and other outreach, track field numbers, and help build relationships in communities across DC.
We’re looking for someone with at least 1–2 cycles of campaign experience, strong people and communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing a candidate's busy schedule. Familiarity with NGP VAN, ActBlue, or similar tools is important.
