JOB DESCRIPTION

Rick McCartney for Congress is the committee for a candidate in AZ-01, a top-tier Democratic pickup target. The campaign is looking for a Call Time Manager to manage an aggressive call time operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in effective call time management and have worked on a campaign for 1+ cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Finance Director to execute fundraising operation

• Manage candidate call time, including development of call sheets, follow-up, and staffing

• Research additional fundraising prospects locally and nationally

• Staff fundraising events

Job Requirements:

• At least one cycle of campaign experience

• Experience with political call time and donor outreach

• A person who is highly organized, competitive, and results-driven. Some background in sales is helpful but not necessary.

• Willingness to learn new skills and programs

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Based in the Phoenix area or willing to relocate.
