Overview
Former Delegate Jay Jones is running to be the next Attorney General of Virginia. We are looking for a detail oriented, hardworking individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. ** This position will report to the Finance Director and is based in-person in Virginia. **
Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and staffing of fundraisers and events

Prepare briefing materials for events, meetings, and other engagements for the candidate and assist with call time preparation as needed

Assist with donor follow up and tracking of incoming contributions and outstanding commitments

Prepare and organize correspondence and acknowledgments, including thank you notes and follow up materials

Assist with managing Finance Intern program
Required Qualifications
-
At least one cycle of finance experience on a campaign, including working with NGP and ActBlue databases

Access to a car and valid driver’s license

Willingness to work nights and weekends

Extremely detail-oriented, articulate, and passionate about harnessing grassroots interest in electing Jay Jones as the next Attorney General of Virginia
Job Details: The compensation for this role is $4,000-$5,000/month. This position is full time and based in Virginia. This application will close on Monday, June 30th.
