Message helps run data-intensive, mission-critical digital marketing campaigns at scale. Our founders are industry leaders in email marketing, text messaging, and automated reporting tools.

We’re seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to join our team. This role occasionally requires evening and weekend work, particularly around elections or major campaign pushes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Onboarding Associate, you will be closely involved with our sales team and production team to get new clients onboarded. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete each step of the 10DLC registration process for new clients

• Configure webhooks in ActBlue

• Add DNS records for shortlink domains

• Finalize initial contracts and billing setup

• Provide support for marketing initiatives

• Perform research on prospective clients

• Manage sales journeys for new clients using HubSpot

REQUIRED SKILLS

People with all experiences, backgrounds, and interests can excel at this position. But here are a few traits most successful Onboarding Associate candidates will bring to the table:

• Strong organizational and quantitative skills, with meticulous attention to detail

• Comfort using and adapting to new technology platforms

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with client teams

PREFERRED SKILLS

While not required, we will look favorably on candidates who have experience with any of the following:

• Political campaigns

• Political advocacy CRMs such as NGPVAN/EveryAction

• ActBlue or other political fundraising platforms

• Peer-to-peer or broadcast texting tools, including Hustle, ThruText, Spoke, and Tatango

• Shortlink services like Bit.ly, Rebrandly, or Capsulink

• Sales CRMs such as Hubspot

The salary expectation for this role is $70.600.

LOCATION

This is a fully remote role; Candidate must reside in and work from one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington.

SCHEDULE

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, with some evening or weekend work required during elections and high-volume periods (e.g., end-of-year fundraising).
