JOB DESCRIPTION

Mark Warner’s campaign for U.S. Senate is seeking a strong ** Multimedia Content Producer** for the 2026 election cycle. This individual will work with the Digital team to produce engaging videos, graphics & motion graphics for the program.

The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled creative storyteller with strong technical chops, the ability to work in fast-paced political environments, and a passion for electing Democrats. The Multimedia Content Producer should have advanced video and photography skills, and it is anticipated they will spend time on the road with the candidate. They should also be able to generate creative ideas, write scripts and copy, and help shape and strengthen the campaign’s content and storytelling program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Produce compelling digital content that communicates Senator Warner’s story and values, and well as content that amplifies voices across Virginia

  • Capture and edit high-quality video and photography from campaign events

  • Create social media graphics, motion graphics, and short-form videos

  • Stay on top of digital trends and pitch creative ideas for visual storytelling

  • Draft scripts and copy for digital content

  • Support all departments with design and video needs

  • Travel as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience with video, photography, and design work with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling

  • Experience capturing and producing content for a principal or candidate

  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or other video software of choice)

  • Ability to produce GIFs, motion graphics, or other visual assets

  • Strong knowledge of video and photography equipment

  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure and with competing deadlines

  • Strong discretion and commitment to a dynamic team environment

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle

Campaign experience a plus, but not required
