JOB DESCRIPTION
Robin Kelly for Senate is hiring an Events Manager for the 2026 election cycle to assist with Congresswoman Kelly’s fundraising program. This position is based in Chicago and will report to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Finance Director and the in-state finance team to plan, execute, and manage campaign fundraising events

Recruit and manage event hosts, committees, and attendees

Track event revenue, expenses, and performance

Oversee event logistics from planning to execution

Manage donor and host relationships
-
Create event invitations and ActBlue pages
-
Staff events, including evenings and weekends
-
Travel statewide for events
-
Other duties as assigned, which may grow throughout the cycle
Qualifications:

Highly detail-oriented and passionate about Robin Kelly’s Senate campaign
-
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, flexible for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, NGP, ActBlue, and call time software

Valid driver’s license and car required

Cell phone and laptop required

Minimum one cycle of finance experience required
Salary: The salary for this role is $6,000 per month.
