Description:
Cooper for North Carolina is looking to hire a full-time Call Time Manager to join our growing Finance team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Call Time Manager will report to the Deputy National Finance Director, and play a critical role in supporting our fundraising operation. The ideal candidate is hard-working, self-motivated and detail oriented.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated interest in politics and Democratic campaigns

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Self-motivated team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Access to reliable transportation (and a valid driver's license)

Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite
Responsibilities:
-
Manage the call time process for the candidate including but not limited to: pulling call targets for call time, staffing the candidate, taking detailed notes, doing all appropriate follow-up

Working with the Finance Director and Deputy National Finance Director to coordinate and schedule call time

Track all call data, including call backs, and ensuring data gets entered in database

Responsible for nightly call reports

Assist in prospecting new potential donors and preparing call sheets

Staffing events as needed

Other responsibilities as required
Compensation
-
Salary: $6,000 per month
-
Healthcare premium covered by campaign

Hours: Full-time position. This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
