Finance Manager - DC Delegate Race (Kinney Zalesne)

We’re hiring a Finance Director to manage all aspects of the campaign’s fundraising operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the campaign’s fundraising plan

• Managing donor outreach, tracking pledges, and following up with prospects

• Organizing candidate call time, including preparing materials and tracking progress

• Coordinating and supporting fundraising events

• Drafting and sending fundraising emails and materials

• Ensuring donations are processed and recorded accurately

• Working with compliance consultants to meet all reporting requirements

• Providing regular updates on fundraising progress to the campaign team

Qualifications:

• Prior campaign fundraising or political finance experience

• Comfortable using NGP, ActBlue, and Google Sheets/Excel

• Strong organizational and written communication skills

• Able to manage multiple deadlines and tasks at once

• DC-based or willing to relocate; some in-person work required
