Julian Jones for County Executive

A leading candidate for Baltimore County Executive is seeking an energetic and hardworking Campaign Manager to build and run a successful campaign operation. As the leader of the campaign team, the Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the campaign and successful implementation of the campaign plan.

Compensation:

Monthly salary range is $7,000 - $8,500 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

● At least 2-3 cycles of campaign experience

● An adaptable, collaborative team player

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Meticulously detailed oriented

● Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

● Ability to work flexible hours

The successful applicant must have strong leadership skills, prior experience managing staff and a budget, and preferably, experience overseeing polling, research, and paid media (such as mail and/or radio and television). Applicants should have a car and be willing to relocate (If out of state) as well as work long

hours under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Manage the candidate and day-to-day operations of the campaign, working directly with the candidate to ensure victory in November 2026 by overseeing a team that is responsible for:

● Fundraising

● Voter Outreach and Engagement

● Communication and Media

● Candidate Management

● Compliance and Legal

● Staff and Volunteer Management
