Finance Intern – Rob Sand for Iowa (Fall 2025)
The Rob Sand for Iowa campaign is seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our ** Fall 2025 Finance Internship Program**. This position will report to our** Finance Assistant**.
Location: Hybrid (Mix of remote and in-person work in Des Moines, IA, and surrounding metro)
Compensation: $15/hour (up to 15 hours/week)
Dates: 09/09/2025 – 12/12/2025

About Rob Sand:
Auditor Rob Sand, Iowa’s only statewide elected Democrat, made a historic entrance into the governor’s race – raising a record-breaking $2.25 million in 24 hours. Key Responsibilities:

Conducting donor research and maintaining prospect records

Managing and cleaning data in Google Sheets

Coordinating donor acknowledgements and call sheets

Supporting fundraising event logistics and outreach

Tracking relevant news and political developments

Completing administrative and finance team projects as assigned

Support fundraising efforts by conducting outreach calls to donors and prospects.

Strong research and organizational skills

Proficiency in Google Sheets and comfort working with data

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
