JOB DESCRIPTION

The Campaign Manager will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the campaign for New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker’s reelection. In partnership with relevant consultants, advisors and team members, the Campaign Manager will develop, implement, and manage the campaign plan, budget, staff, volunteers, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Volunteer recruitment and management;

• Budget administration and cashflow management;

• Communications and press relations;

• Scheduling, advance, and event coordination;

• Hiring and managing field staff;

• Other duties, projects, and priorities as assigned.

Qualifications:

You should have at least one cycle of experience as a fulltime staff member on a political campaign. Bonus points if you have worked on two or more campaigns, have worked in Connecticut or municipal politics before, or speak and write spanish.
