JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Call Time Manager to lead and scale the call time program of what is expected to be one of the most closely watched red-to-blue House races in the country. With a competitive primary and a high-stakes general election ahead, we’re building a team capable of powering a winning campaign, and fundraising is at the core of that effort.
The Call Time Manager is a junior staff-level position that will report to and work with the Finance Director to build and execute a multi-million-dollar call time program that engages stakeholders at the local, state, and national levels.
This position will staff the candidate, oversee the call time program on a day-to-day basis - including building out and scaling existing processes - and will work with the senior members of the finance team to create projections, and try new approaches to build donor relationships.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Colorado, with an option to begin remotely.
The salary is $4,500 per month, plus a monthly healthcare stipend.
Duties

Build out existing call time and donor targeting programs to hit monthly & quarterly goals.

Staff candidate in daily call time and form a deep understanding of donor relationships.

Create call sheets and research prospective new donors.

Execute follow up, pledge chasing, and acknowledgement correspondence for call time targets

Oversee data management systems - ensuring accurate and timely records of all contacts.

Work with the Finance Director to create accurate call time projections and make adjustments to ongoing processes.

Assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications

It is preferred that candidates interested in the Call Time Manager position have some campaign experience, either paid or volunteer.
