JOB DESCRIPTION
Cooper for North Carolina (CFNC) is looking to hire a full-time Deputy Digital Director, Fundraising, to join our growing Digital team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Deputy Digital Director, Fundraising will report to the Digital Director and oversee our online fundraising operation. The ideal candidate is money-hungry, self-led, and data-driven.
Qualifications:

4+ years or 2+ cycles of experience writing and producing fundraising emails, texts, and/or digital ads for an electoral campaign, advocacy organization, or nonprofit, including at least 2 years leading strategy and execution.

Experience creating and managing online fundraising projections and budgets.

Experience managing direct response programs, such as ads, peer-to-peer list rentals, etc.

Must have experience managing content calendars, creative projects, or people.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated team player.

Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed.

Proficiency with ActBlue, NGP, and Message Digital or other CRMs.
Responsibilities:

Working with the Digital Director to develop and execute the CFNC online fundraising program, including management of staff and digital fundraising consultants.

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the online fundraising program, such as content approvals, QA, and content and audience strategies, including execution of new-to-list acquisition.

Keeping a keen eye on online fundraising reporting, ensuring we are on budget and meeting (and exceeding) our goals.

Managing partner fundraising outreach, working directly with digital partners to coordinate both inbound and outbound split fundraising content and reporting.

Managing merchandise store and coordinating with vendor.

As needed, supporting the online fundraising consultants in drafting and production of fundraising content across email and/or texting.

Assisting with other campaign-related activities as needed.
Compensation
Salary: $9,000 per month.
Healthcare premium covered by campaign.
Hours: Full-time position. This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
