Duties and Responsibilities

The Call Time Manager will help with all tasks related to the candidate’s call time ranging from staffing the candidate in call time, conducting donor research, assisting with the preparation for the candidate’s call time, and all other aspects of the candidate’s call time.

  • Implementing a call time program with the oversight of the Campaign Manager.

  • Staffing the candidate in call time and taking detailed notes on the outcome of each call.

  • Researching prospective donors and preparing for the candidate’s call time.

  • Performing follow up, including timely emails, letters, and calls.

  • Tracking call time pledges and contributions.

  • Tracking various call time metrics.

  • Assisting in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and other campaign events.

  • Assisting in the preparation of briefing materials for the candidate.

  • Assisting with contribution processing and compliance needs.

  • Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the campaign depending on the campaign’s needs and employee’s demonstrated strengths.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, hardworking, and organized with some fundraising experience on a campaign, committee, or PAC. At least 1 cycle of experience with campaign finance operations including staffing a candidate in call time, donor research, and event planning is preferred. Knowledge of NGP, ActBlue, and Google Drive and experience with Pingdex is an added bonus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
