Carter Consulting Services is a political consulting firm committed to empowering progressive candidates, causes, and campaigns. We specialize in strategic advising, fundraising, and campaign infrastructure that builds lasting power in underrepresented communities. We are seeking a highly organized and driven ** Call Time Manager** to support our candidates and clients in achieving their fundraising goals.

Position Overview:

The ** Call Time Manager** will serve as a key part of our fundraising operations, responsible for managing daily candidate call time to ensure efficient outreach, follow-up, and donor cultivation. This role is ideal for someone with strong political acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for electing progressive leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and track candidate call time, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up

● Maintain accurate and detailed donor call sheets, notes, and next steps

● Conduct donor research and provide briefing materials to the candidate prior to calls

● Ensure that daily fundraising goals are met or exceeded

● Organize and update donor database and CRM (ActBlue, NGP, or similar)

● Assist with donor follow-up, thank-you notes, and re-solicitation strategy

● Serve as a professional, encouraging, and supportive presence during call blocks

● Coordinate closely with finance staff, campaign managers, and consultants

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in political fundraising, campaigns, or advocacy organizations

● Proficiency in donor databases (NGP, ActBlue, or comparable CRMs)

● Highly organized with excellent time management skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Comfortable working in fast-paced, goal-driven environments

● Commitment to progressive values and electing diverse candidates

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Preferred But Not Required:

● Experience managing candidate call time specifically
