Job Description

The Production Strategist will code and load fundraising emails, proofread and check messages to ensure they are held to strong production standards and have working links, and help verify messages are optimized across fundraising platforms. The Production Strategist must have incredibly close attention to detail. Qualified candidates will have the unique opportunity to work on a variety of digital fundraising operations from progressive organizations to Senate Campaigns to House Campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring that all email fundraising messages are held to stringent standards of grammar and accuracy

• Building emails using HTML and inline CSS, primarily employing table-based structures

• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues tied to HTML/CSS and/or specific email platforms

• Helping maintain strong email deliverability

• Additional duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Skills and Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2-4 years of digital or fundraising experience for campaigns or progressive causes

• Basic knowledge of HTML and/or other front-end development experience

• Experience with email platforms like Action Network, Blue State Digital Tools, Acoustic or NGP

• Excellent attention to detail

• Knowledge of CSS is a plus

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. We offer an incredibly competitive benefits package. Position is fully remote with the option to work out of an office in DC.
