JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Assist with building Rep. Liccardo’s “Innovation for Good” Leadership PAC &
Innovation Circle.

Be the advocate for the LPAC on team calls and in requests for the candidates time.

Vet proposed candidates.

Lead in communications to donors and other stakeholders.

Lead with event planning.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for the LPACs major donors and
stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and consistent engagement.
- This includes regular communication over email – at least 1-2 times a
week.
- Draft, edit, and distribute donor communications for I4G and LFC including website,
newsletters, briefings, and impact reports.
- Lead outreach to prospective I4G and LFC donors through personalized communications,
events, and digital channels.
- Keep the “Innovation for Good” (I4G) website current with updated content, press
releases, donor highlights, and PAC activities.
- Create and oversee digital communications, including email campaigns and social media
content, to raise visibility and attract new supporters.
- Researching prospective donors and preparing for the candidate’s call time for LFC and
I4G.
- Assist with the LFC & I4G call time program by staffing calltime, prospecting donors,
list building, and conducting pledge follow-up.
- Assisting with the development and execution of LFC and I4G fundraising events,
managing internal tracking, drafting and sending invitations, creating invitation
universes, staffing events, and more.

Provide Admin & organizational support to the LFC finance team.

Scheduling calls and meetings with donors.

Monitor news and political developments to identify opportunities for timely messaging.

Provide regular updates to the PAC leadership on communications activities and
outcomes.

Drive/Staff the candidate while they are in-state.

Cultivate, build, and maintain relationships with CA donors and political stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned by the Chief Strategist, Chief of Staff, and Finance Director.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Proven
ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and produce results.
-
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
-
Prior campaign communications & finance is helpful, but not required. Political acumen
and understanding is essential.
Helpful qualifications:

Experience using ActBlue and / or Numero
-
Ties to the Bay Area are a plus but not required.
