JOB DESCRIPTION

Jena Griswold’s Campaign for Colorado Attorney General is seeking a Political and Organizing Director! This is a full-time position that will conclude in November 2026. The Political Coordinator will help lead the campaign’s field and political activities, including ballot access, political outreach, and volunteer management. The primary responsibilities include:

• Manage ballot access program

• Organize and facilitate coalition development and capacity building

• Foster relationships with local community leaders

• Maintain a calendar of important political and community events statewide

• Organize, recruit for, and lead statewide volunteer leader training

• Manage Volunteer program

• Staff political and volunteer events as needed

• Other political or organizing-related tasks as needed

Ideal Qualifications Include:

• 1-2+ Cycles as a Campaign Field Organizer

• A strong and thoughtful attention to detail

• Experience building relationships with campaign partners

• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively

• Reliable transportation

• Located in Colorado

Salary is $4,000 to $7,000 with a healthcare stipend. Salary is commensurate with experience.
