Campaign Manager – Democratic Florida Congressional Campaign
Centrist Democratic Candidate in Florida is looking for a Campaign Manager to run aggressive campaign for Congress. **** Our candidate is committed to pragmatic solutions, bipartisan cooperation, lowering the temperature of our politics, and delivering results on issues like cost of living, public safety, healthcare, economic opportunity, immigration, and the environment.
The ** Campaign Manager** will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the campaign on the ground through 2026, overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff and consultants, and driving the campaign’s fundraising and communications efforts. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned political professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can support fundraising millions of dollars, and knows how to win tough races.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall campaign strategy, calendar, and budget.

Oversee finance plan and lead fundraising efforts, including cashflow management, digital fundraising and acquisition, donor outreach, call time, and events.

Oversee communications strategy in collaboration with the candidate and comms team with aggressive focus on digital, earned and paid media.

Conduct endorsement outreach and manage relationships with local, state, and national elected officials and political organizations.

Hire and manage campaign staff, volunteers, and consultants across compliance, field, digital, media, and fundraising/finance.

Execute and monitor polling, opposition research, and district dynamics to inform strategy.

Ensure compliance with FEC regulations and reporting requirements.

Serve as primary advisor to the candidate and represent the campaign publicly when needed.
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience managing political campaigns or serving in senior roles (e.g., Communications Director, Finance Director, Field Director). At least 1 cycle as Campaign Manager is required.

Strong background in ** communications or fundraising** is essential

Prior experience working in swing and red-to-blue districts.

Deep understanding of Florida’s political landscape and voter demographics.

Compensation
$90-$100k annually with $500 health care stipend.
