JOB DESCRIPTION

Adele Stichel’s campaign for Congress in Virginia’s 5th District is seeking a Campaign Manager. This is a full-time position based in Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the campaign from its early stages through Election Day. This may include taking on roles not typically assigned to a Campaign Manager, especially before a full team is in place. Responsibilities may include staffing the candidate at events, fundraising, communications and press, as well as field operations and canvassing.

• Oversee the overall strategy of the campaign and manage any additional hired staff.

• Coordinate and manage the team of consultants to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

• Manage the candidate’s time and scheduling to align with strategic goals.

• Build and manage the campaign budget.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least two campaign cycles of experience; management experience preferred.

• Experience managing a budget.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, thoughtful attitude.

• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively.
