About the Campaign

Position Summary

The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving the campaign’s fundraising operation. This position is responsible for managing donor data, facilitating call time with the candidate, and helping to bring resources into the campaign. This is a full-time position based in Florida, with flexibility for remote work and relocation. Compensation includes a competitive monthly salary and healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage candidate call time and maintain accurate donor records.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and prospective supporters.

· Enter and track contributions, ensuring compliance with FEC regulations.

· Assist with data management and reporting for fundraising efforts.

· Provide staffing support at fundraising events as needed.

· Perform additional campaign-related duties as required.

Qualifications (Required)

· Experience managing data systems and databases for fundraising or campaign operations.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Previous campaign experience preferred but not required.

· Proficiency with Excel and Google Drive.

· Reliable transportation to attend events as needed.

· Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

· Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and take initiative.

· Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to Democratic and progressive values.

· Ability to demonstrate multicultural competence and work effectively with diverse communities.

Qualifications (Preferred)

· At least one campaign cycle of fundraising or political experience.

· Experience managing call time or donor relations.

· Fluency in Spanish.

· Prior experience working in Florida is a significant plus.
