SUMMARY
Osborn for Senate is building a people-powered campaign to defeat Senator Pete Ricketts and give working Nebraskans a true independent voice in Washington. The campaign is seeking a highly organized, motivated ** Call Time Manager** to support the candidate’s fundraising operation and help drive the campaign’s finance goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Call Time Staffing & Management: Staff all call time with the candidate; maintain a professional, efficient, and positive environment to maximize donor engagement and call productivity.

Data Organization & Tracking: Maintain and update all call lists, donor databases, and call sheets in an accurate and timely manner.

Donor Research & Prospecting: Identify, research, and prioritize prospective donors, both in-state and nationally.

Follow-Up Execution: Track all pledges, commitments, and follow-up tasks; ensure timely and accurate completion.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with the campaign’s Finance Director and fundraising consultant on strategy and scheduling;

Recruit, train, and manage finance interns and volunteers;

Manage the thank-you letter program and ensure donor acknowledgements are sent promptly;

Prepare detailed briefing materials for fundraising meetings and events;

Staff fundraising events and assist with event logistics as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced campaign environment;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and donor database tools (NGP experience preferred);

Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends;

Prior campaign or political fundraising experience strongly preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time, in-person position and will terminate when the campaign concludes in November 2026. You will collaborate with colleagues who are based across Nebraska. Campaign hours are expected of any successful candidate.
PAY AND BENEFITS
This position will be compensated between $3,500 - $5,000 per month, depending on experience. Reimbursements for gas and hotel accommodations will be provided to help you move to Nebraska. The campaign is in the process of setting up employer-sponsored health insurance – further details will be available in the coming months.
