We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help share Kinney Zalesne’s story and vision as she runs to be DC’s next Delegate to Congress.

This role is for someone who loves being out in the community, capturing moments that show who Kinney is and what she’s fighting for — and who can help keep our social media consistent, creative, and true to the energy of the campaign.

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and short videos at campaign events.

• Plan and schedule posts using a content calendar.

• Create short-form videos and other visual content.

• Write captions and post across social media platforms.

• Stay in touch with the campaign team about upcoming events and priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable attending evening and weekend events to capture content.

• A creative eye for storytelling — you know how to make authentic, engaging posts.

• Basic photo/video editing skills (phone-based editing is fine).

• Organized and proactive about planning content ahead of time.

• Familiarity with DC and local issues is a plus.
