JOB DESCRIPTION
The Call Time Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining the campaign’s fundraising program. Working closely with the candidate, Campaign Manager, and Compliance Director, this person will manage daily fundraising call time and ensure that all donor outreach and follow-up are handled efficiently and professionally.
This position is based in Lawrence, Kansas, and ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn political fundraising.
Responsibilities

Manage and staff the candidate’s daily call time schedule to ensure productive fundraising sessions.

Conduct donor research to identify new prospects and strengthen existing relationships.

Prepare call sheets, background materials, and follow-up lists for donor outreach.

Track pledges, contributions, and donor communication using NGP.

Coordinate call time follow-up, including thank-you notes, emails, and event invitations.

Collaborate with the Campaign Manage r on call time strategy.

Work closely with the Compliance Director to ensure timely and accurate data entry and contribution processing.

Assist with the execution of campaign fundraising events as needed.

Send daily and weekly fundraising reports to the candidate and Campaign Manager.
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with donors.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Be professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information

Proficiency with Google Workspace

Previous campaign experience is a plus but not required — we’re looking for someone passionate and ready to learn.

Must be based in Lawrence, Kansas or willing to relocate.
