Sena Kozar Strategies — an award-winning political advertising agency that handles all elements of television, radio, and digital advertising — seeks an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to join our team for the 2026 election cycle. Our clients include Democratic candidates for elected office at the federal, state, and local level, as well as independent expenditure programs, ballot measures, and other political and non-profit organizations.

Client Services:

• Work with client account leads to facilitate client needs, including:

• Participate in client calls and provide written summaries to internal team

• Track media production and buying timelines and manage up and across teams to ensure deadlines are met

• Serve as client point of contact for media buy and production invoicing

• Maintain client files and organize team documents

Strategic/Creative:

• Provide support for all aspects of the strategic and creative process, including:

• Track developments in each assigned race, including news clips, social media updates, and other key information, to build an ongoing knowledge of our clients and races

• Conduct research for ad production, including selecting stock footage, candidate assets, and news clips

• Track digital competitive spending and creative, work with media buyer to track TV/radio competitive spending and creative, and communicate updates to clients

• Work with account leads to develop ad concepts and draft scripts for television, radio, and digital advertising

• Provide logistical support for shoots, production, and media buying as needed

The ideal candidate has experience in politics or campaigns, but previous work in political consulting is not required. We are looking for applicants who are strong writers, have good political instincts, extremely organized, good at managing up, and take a collaborative approach to their work. We are a remote workplace. Given the political nature of our work, we expect this person to be able to work on evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation includes a very competitive salary, 401(k) match, health insurance, and profit sharing. Title/salary commensurate with experience:

Account Executive: $6250-$7250/month

Senior Account Executive: $7250-$8250/month
