Eli Savit for Attorney General
Eli Savit is a Democrat running for Attorney General in Michigan. He is currently in his second term as Washtenaw County Prosecutor.
Eli Savit has experience as a public school teacher, a government attorney, and a law clerk at the Supreme Court for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Eli is running on a platform of using the Attorney General’s authority to safeguard our constitutional rights from federal attacks, and on standing up to corporate polluters, scammers, and those who seek to harm working families. POSITION: CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Successful candidates will have previous campaign experience that allows them to be able to build and implement strategies to win the Democratic Convention and General Election.
COMPENSATION will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
● ** Campaign Plan:** Draft and implement a winning, strategic campaign plan that outlines the campaign’s efforts through Election Day, including fundraising, outreach, digital & other communications, relational organizing, volunteer recruitment, and media relations.
● ** Candidate Management:** Coordinate with needs of the campaign to keep the candidate on schedule and on task. Manage the candidate’s time by scheduling times for events, fundraising calls, endorsement interviews, constituent meetings, house parties etc.
● ** Vendor and staff coordination:** Lead in ensuring all needed vendor services including mail, digital, multimedia are engaged and relationships and contracts managed to optimal level. Lead in the hiring, training, and supervision of all future staff positions.
● ** Press Relations:** Serve as a campaign contact for local and statewide media. Coordinate with the candidate/comms team in drafting press releases when appropriate, and preparing the candidate for press opportunities.
● ** Team Leadership & Coordination:** Lead regular team meetings with the candidate, consultants, and staff. Work with other team members to make sure campaign goals are being met.

LOCATION: Ann Arbor area with frequent travel around Michigan.
COMMITMENT: This position is a full time commitment from now through November 2026.
