The Director will be accountable for the success of STP 2026 programming, including the potential incubation of new state-based organizations, and will hire a team to help in-state leaders execute at a high level.
As we look to 2026, we’re continuing to support and evolve programming with our existing partners, while continuing to innovate and incubate new programming that will drive record Gen-Z turnout in 2026 and 2028 elections.

-
Excellent management and coaching skills, including experience managing a team or department
