The Sena Kozar Production Assistant will focus on assisting in all paid media production processes. This role will carry out the following duties:

• Shoots:

• Maintain shoot calendar

• Create and maintain shoot materials and trackers

• Assist with drive transfer for editors/ scheduling messengers

• Manage internal databases and trackers associated with shoots

• Post Production:

• Research and gather assets for spot production (stock footage, candidate and opponent media assets)

• Create calendar invites for VO records, production meetings, etc.

• Assist with voiceover take notes

• Assist with source list creation

• Assist editors with stock and music purchases and licensing

• Assist in updating the internal production schedules and trackers

• Provide additional production and administrative support as needed

• Billing:

• Assist with tracking and filing all invoices and time cards from contractors, vendors, crew, etc for both shoots and post production

• Additional Info:

• The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in production, politics, administrative assistance or similar roles but not required.

• We are looking for applicants who are organized, detail oriented, multi-taskers who work well in a fast paced environment.

• Given the political nature of our work, we expect this person to be able to work on evenings and weekends as needed.

• Salary commensurate with experience. $55-60k
