Description

Friends of Sherrod Brown is seeking a ** Multimedia Producer** to join our growing digital team working to elect Sherrod Brown to the U.S. Senate in 2026. This campaign is based in Columbus, Ohio, but will require extensive travel across the state with the Senator.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about storytelling online. They will take the lead on video recording and editing, taking photos, making graphics, and working with the digital team to tell stories online about Sherrod Brown’s fight for the Dignity of Work.

Candidates with matching skillsets from all professional backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

The ** Multimedia Content Producer** duties include:

• Developing visual content for digital platforms

• Traveling across Ohio to capture and shoot content of Sen. Brown, supporters, and surrogates

• Capturing content during events, including taking photos and videos

• Creating compelling graphics and videos for campaign’s digital platforms

• Brainstorming new ideas and creative concepts

• Working with other departments to meet design, photo, and video needs

• Working with our digital team to brainstorm and execute new ideas

Qualified candidates will have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software

• 3+ years of experience in video production, photography, and motion graphics

• A positive attitude and sense of humor

• An understanding of how to create content that is optimized for different digital platforms

• Good political and social media instincts

• A strong attention to detail and be highly organized

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $5,000 - $6,000 monthly
