JOB DESCRIPTION

A competitive Democratic Congressional campaign based in Southern California is seeking a ** Campaign Manager. **

The campaign manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the campaign, including but not limited to field, finance, and political.

The campaign manager will:

• Serve as main point of contact for the campaign

• Collaborate with the consulting team

• Manage social media posts and sharing campaign updates

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to fulfill needs of the field plan

• Work closely with the candidate and fundraising team to maintain schedule

• Other tasks as needed

An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Previous campaign experience, including organizing or finance

• Ability to work long hours or weekends

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to community involvement and electing Democratic leaders

• Experience with NGP/VAN
