JOB DESCRIPTION

Description / Duties

The Finance Director is responsible for leading the campaign’s fundraising program, including building,

supporting, and staffing events, supporting all aspects of the finance program, and managing finance

staff. Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously including

managing spreadsheets and donor correspondence.

Desired Experience

Ideal candidates will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under tight deadlines and

have strong attention to detail. Experience managing and directing independent projects is a must. One to

three cycles of campaign experience and/or experience managing donor relationships on behalf of an

organization is required.

Requirements

Car, laptop, cell phone, and willingness to work nights/weekends. This role is in-person and based in

MA-6.
