Our work blends strategy, creativity, and precision — developing communications that cut through the noise and move people to action.
Position Summary
The Project Manager plays a key role in managing the execution of direct mail, digital, and strategic communications projects for campaigns across the country. You’ll oversee day-to-day production, coordinate with creative teams and vendors, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
This is a full-time but time-limited position, expected to continue through the November 2026 general election and post-campaign wrap-up. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about politics, logistics, and creative problem-solving who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee campaign production and project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
· Coordinate directly with clients, strategists, designers, and print/digital vendors to manage workflow and resolve challenges.
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget trackers, and status updates.
· Review proofs, perform fact-checks, and ensure all materials meet strategic and compliance standards.
· Assist with social media strategy, including content coordination, scheduling, and alignment with mail and digital messaging.
· Support mail creative development, including concept brainstorming, copy reviews, and layout coordination with designers.
· Assist in preparing client presentations, mail plans, and production briefs.
· Conduct basic research and data analysis to support message targeting and voter outreach strategy.
· Maintain clear documentation of project approvals, versioning, and communication logs.
· Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values accountability, innovation, and impact.
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of project management, production, or campaign operations experience (political, agency, or communications environment preferred).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
· Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with political campaigns, direct mail, and digital advertising workflows.
· Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
· Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
· Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak election periods.
