Field Director – Trailblazing Congressional Campaign (DFW Area)

We’re hiring a Field Director to join an intense, fast-moving political campaign led by a bold, passionate, and visionary candidate for U.S. Congress in Texas’ 24th District. This is a unique opportunity to get in early with a movement that aims to reshape politics and bring serious change to our country.

We're looking for:

• Ability to Commute to Keller, TX 76244 ( Required)

• Highly ** detail-oriented**, fast-paced, and organized

• Personally ** aligned with pro-democracy values**

• Willing and able to ** travel around DFW** for events and outreach

• Comfortable speaking to strangers, attending public events, and ** managing logistics**

• Tech-savvy, preferably with experience in ** social media, fundraising, or grassroots organizing tools, such as VAN **

Bonus Points For:

• Prior ** campaign, political, or nonprofit experience**

• Local connections in Keller, Fort Worth, or surrounding areas

• Background in ** event planning, media, or volunteer coordination**

• Fundraising experience (digital or in-person)

• Bilingual abilities

• Clean, professional appearance and reliable transportation

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics

• Attend campaign events, take notes, support volunteers, and work the room

• Participate in outreach, including ** canvassing, voter contact, and community events**

• Track tasks, priorities, and help keep our fast-moving campaign organized

Position Details:

• 1099 contract, monthly rate with weekly pay, with opportunities for increases

• Combination of ** in-person and remote work**

• Most events take place throughout the ** Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex**

• Significant ** opportunity for growth** into full-time campaign leadership or future D.C. roles

Location: Based near Keller, TX preferred – but candidates within ~40 minutes are encouraged to apply if you're dependable and ready to drive.
