About Laura Fine for Congress

State Senator Laura Fine is running for Congress to bring compassionate, pragmatic leadership to Washington. As Chair of the Illinois Senate Behavioral & Mental Health Committee, she has led major health care reforms like expanding access to mental-health services, strengthening insurance consumer protections, and holding insurers accountable so families can get the care they need. She has also been a strong defender of reproductive rights and environmental safeguards. This is a community-centered campaign with organizing at the heart of the effort.

About the Role

Field Organizers are on the front line of our voter-contact program. In this role, you’ll engage directly with voters, recruit and train volunteers, and build local networks to share Laura’s vision across IL-09. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on campaign experience in one of Illinois’s most competitive congressional races.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with VAN or other voter-contact tools

  • Preferred: Access to reliable transportation

Compensation

  • $25/hour, commensurate with experience

  • Reimbursement for campaign-related travel
