States Made is a full-service merchandise partner for nonprofits, political campaigns, and socially conscious brands. We believe in the power of a well-designed t-shirt to raise vital funds and increase awareness of important issues. We create legitimate e-commerce stores for each of our partners, using best practices for merchandising, marketing, UX and design.

Who We Are Looking For

States Made is looking for a ** scrappy, detail-oriented** Partnerships and E-Commerce Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role will work hand-in-hand with our clients to dream up and market fun and wearable merchandise that raises real money. You should be** highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines** while collaborating with clients, vendors and our internal team.

We’re seeking someone who can quickly learn new systems, manage everything from product development and sourcing to order operations and Shopify, and help bring creative merchandise ideas to life. A sharp eye for what’s cool and a passion for progressive politics and activism are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage timely communication with our clients, providing best-in-class service;

  • Meticulously track deadlines and ensure client deliverables are being met;

  • Work with our designers to ensure art is print ready and in acceptable formats for our vendors;

  • Collaborate with our design and client teams to develop new designs and source new products;

  • On-board new clients, including helping develop and maintain their Shopify e-commerce stores;

  • Manage order operations, from creating sales orders for clients to submitting orders to vendors and ensuring final delivery deadlines are met;

  • Find and execute creative ways to enhance our client’s e-commerce stores and merchandise.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of related work experience with ** promotional goods, e-commerce, account management**, and/or strategic partnerships;

  • Experience working and multitasking in ** a genuinely fast-paced environment;**

  • Flexible team player who wants to do their share;

  • Strong attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills;

  • Project-manager-extraordinaire with the ability to work with internal and external partners to get things done for our clients;

  • Keen eye for design and what looks good — experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus;

  • Finger on the pulse of what’s cool in pop culture, politics, and fashion trends;

  • Detail oriented with strong follow through -- able to organize and prioritize multiple projects and follow through on each of them;

  • Asks for help when needed and over-communicates when blocked;

  • BONUS: Experience using Commonsku, Shopify, and Asana.

Schedule & Compensation

  • This is a full time role with a salary of $70K

  • Work 9-6 in ET, CT, or MT

  • Unlimited PTO with a 10 day office closure in December and paid holidays

  • Fully remote role

  • Healthcare premiums covered at 75% for employees and 25% for dependents
