About Beth Andres-Beck For Congress
Bethany Andres-Beck is a software engineer running for Congress to take back the government for the people and fight Republican corruption.
Beth announced their campaign for Congress in Massachusetts’ 6th District even before it became an open primary, because Beth believes in protecting the people of the North Shore and reestablishing a federal government that’ll work to help the people, not the politicians and their mega-donors. Now we’re looking for a ** Finance Director** to help power a people-first movement.
Position Overview
The ** Finance Director** will be tasked with raising a seven-figure budget for a competitive, seven way primary election, by managing call time from start-to-end, including list acquisition, prospecting, scheduling, and staffing. In addition to managing candidate call time, the Finance Director will manage a smaller call time program for the Campaign Manager.
To supplement call time, the Finance Director will lead the charge in fundraising event coordination, including prospecting and confirming hosts, coordinating venue and catering logistics, and building to the event. The Finance Director will also lead the digital fundraising, including the creation and maintenance of an email program.
Depending on cashflow, the Finance Director may be tasked with hiring and leading a team including a Call Time Manager, one or more Finance Associates, and paid finance interns.
Key Responsibilities
-
Modify and own the finance plan to ensure the campaign raises enough funds to support a seven-figure budget, while adjusting projections to aid in cashflow planning.
-

Identify and recruit potential bundlers.

Manage a digital fundraising program, including an email program.
-
Recruit and manage a team of finance interns.
-
Manage finance staff and consultants as applicable.
Qualifications
-
2+ cycles of finance experience required. 1+ cycle at the Director or Deputy Director level preferred.

-
This role is termed through September 8th, 2026, with the possibility to continue through November 3rd, 2026 depending on the outcome of the primary election.
