Congressional race for New York’s 10th Congressional District seeks talented, hard-working, and organized Campaign Manager for the 2026 cycle.

About the role

The Campaign Manager will be tasked with overseeing every aspect of the campaign for

NY-10. Candidates must be able to relocate to the New York City area and be available through the June primary. In partnership with relevant consultants, advisors and team members, the Campaign Manager will lead the staff, execute the campaign strategy, and manage the Candidate.

Responsibilities

● Hiring staff, managing department leads for, such as finance, communications, organizing and digital.

● Manage consultant team and lead weekly calls. Keep all departments and vendors on track to meet deadlines.

● Oversee budgeting & cashflow.

● Work with the Candidate and consultant team to develop a strategic campaign plan.

● Advise and manage the Candidate.

● Represent the campaign to national and local stakeholders.

● Cultivate a positive team culture.

● Other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

● Candidates must have at least one cycle as a Campaign Manager in a race of similar size, scope and budget.

● Significant experience managing staff and principles

● Prior experience with budgeting, cashflow, scheduling, fundraising, communications, organizing, political outreach, and consultant management of paid communications.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.

● Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

● Willingness to learn and ask questions.

● A Commitment to progressive Politics.

● Candidates must be able to re-locate to the area and be present on the ground within a reasonable timeframe to be discussed with the team.

Compensation

• Gross monthly compensation for this role ranges from $10,500 to $12,000 commensurate with experience. This role includes a $500 monthly healthcare stipend.
