-
Work closely with the Community Engagement team to encourage and strengthen engagement in the NDTC digital community and development of a “dark social” strategy.

Collaborate with the Community Engagement and Political teams to gather and vet learner stories year-round, including rapid response moments.
-
Create and manage social media assets in alignment with the NDTC brand, in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and Senior Data Analyst.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

A self-starter who can work independently, but who thrives in collaborative team environments.
-
2 to 4 years of experience managing digital & social media, including on political campaigns. Experience with digital organizing or digital issue advocacy at political, advocacy, or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.

-
An extreme attention to detail and understanding of online interpersonal communications.
-
Ability to handle multiple "priority" projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
