JOB DESCRIPTION
Branch Politics is a free, nonpartisan website that walks through voters what's on their unique ballot. As Americans grow more disenchanted with politics, we empower hundreds of thousands of voters to cast informed votes where it matters most.
We are looking to hire a team of full-time Election Researchers to write informative profiles of candidates on the ballot in 2026.
What is an Election Researcher? Researchers get paid to apply their knowledge and passion for policy to write concise, accurate, helpful summaries of candidates' beliefs and platforms around key issues. For some of the larger statewide races, this work is viewed by hundreds of thousands of voters. You can see sample candidate profiles here. No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided.
