Blue Action is a data-driven community of donors committed to help elect Democrats, support good causes, and progressive change.

We are growing our team and are looking for an SMS strategist to help supercharge fundraising for our clients through the 2026 cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SMS and MMS campaigns to engage and mobilize supporters and contributors.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of programs

• Utilize Blue Action database to hit fundraising targets and innovate programs

• Conduct thorough research programs to run A/B tests, collect data, and make recommendations to clients to increase fundraising projections.

• Effectively communicate with clients regarding copy, scheduling, and results.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience running p2p and broadcast texting programs strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail while managing deadlines and juggling multiple client calendars

• Ability to work with databases and spreadsheets to track ROI, and facilitate data analysis

• Experience working on an electoral campaign or in political or non-profit fundraising is a plus!

Benefits

• Salary: $59,000 - $65,000 annual

• Healthcare stipend

Position will run through November 2026 – although a full time position extension is possible based on performance and workload.
