Position Overview:

The Network Manager is a shared position between the Grassroots Democracy Initiative and the Grassroots Democracy Action Fund, and will lead the foundation and building of a post-training network. This includes community building and engagement efforts to develop training participants into an active, connected network. This position will design and implement systems that keep participants engaged, foster peer-to-peer connections, and coordinate collective action. This position reports to the Emerging Projects Director.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Network Manager will serve as the architect and facilitator of ongoing participant engagement, creating the infrastructure and programming needed to build a thriving, active community beyond the initial training experience. This position will develop innovative approaches to network building that support both immediate engagement and long-term organizational evolution. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for holding people accountable to commitments and working to develop them from trainee into someone ready to take action.
