Position Overview:

The Training Manager is a shared position between the Grassroots Democracy Initiative and the Grassroots Democracy Action Fund, and will lead the development and delivery of accessible, high-quality training curriculum that builds capacity across diverse audiences. This position will oversee all aspects of training curriculum development, trainer management, and quality assurance to ensure consistent, effective learning experiences. This position will work closely with partners to develop, implement, and push out this training to a large group of people. This position will also work to identify good organizations and communities for these trainings, and interface to set them up, with support from GDI. Additionally, this position will be part of a small startup team within a larger organization, and may be called on to work with other organizations or efforts. This position reports to the Emerging Projects Director.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Training Manager will serve as the lead for all training-related activities, from curriculum design to trainer development and management. This position will ensure that training materials are accessible, politically grounded, and responsive to the current landscape while building a strong team of trainers who can effectively deliver content.
