  • Build a team culture emphasizing collaboration, inclusion, and accountability

  • Work collaboratively with leaders of other departments, including Operations, Data, Voter Access, and Creative, as necessary to facilitate coordination

  • All other duties as assigned

Who Are You?

A successful candidate for this role will have:

  • At least 2-3 cycles of organizing experience, with at least 1 cycle working with a campus program and 1 cycle of managing organizing staff.

  • The ability to foster healthy, productive work environments for a large team

  • A strong track record of successfully developing and implementing organizing programming.

  • High-level experience with VAN and ability to use VAN and other Data tools to monitor and manage organizing programming
