About Beth Andres-Beck For Congress
Bethany Andres-Beck is a software engineer running for Congress to take back the government for the people and fight Republican corruption.
Beth announced their campaign for Congress in Massachusetts’ 6th District even before it became an open primary, because Beth believes in protecting the people of the North Shore and reestablishing a federal government that’ll work to help the people, not the politicians and their mega-donors. Now we’re looking for a ** Body Person** to help power a people-first movement.
Position Overview
The ** Body Person** will, under the direction of the Campaign Manager, manage and staff call time, including maintaining the donor database, prepping call lists, and managing all follow up and pledge chase. The role will also include driving the candidate to and from campaign events, and staffing the candidate at events as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and modify the call time program as drafted by the Campaign Manager, including staffing call time and managing followup.

Driving the candidate and staffing the candidate at events.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

A willingness to work long campaign hours.

An unflappable, relaxed personality.

Punctuality, quick learning, and time management skills.

A car, safe driving record, and valid driver’s license are required prior to starting.
Compensation & Logistics

The salary range for this position is $4,000–$4,500/month, commensurate with experience, with mileage reimbursement.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Campaign Manager.

The target start date is ** January 15th.** Relocation prior to starting is required.

This role is termed through September 8th, 2026, with the possibility to continue through November 3rd, 2026 depending on the outcome of the primary election.
