JOB DESCRIPTION

The Rebecca Bennett for Congress (NJ-07) Campaign is seeking a Call Time

Manager to join its growing 2026 campaign. Rebecca is a strong fundraiser looking to

expand her finance team. The Call Time Manager will report directly to the Finance Director

and will be responsible for staffing call time and staffing fundraising events.

Duties:

• Manage call time: staff the candidate, process contributions, log all calls, complete

call follow-ups;

• Coordinate with finance department to conduct donor research;

• Track pledges from donors;

• Staff the candidate at and preparing the candidate for events;

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Willing to relocate for the campaign;

• 1+ cycles of campaign experience OR a relevant internship experience;

• Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Excel;

• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail;

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn;

• Ability to work evenings and weekends;

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;

• Experience with NGP and Numero is preferred, but not required.
