Carleigh Beriont for Congress is hiring finance staff for the 2026 cycle in New Hampshire’s First District.

Carleigh is a lifelong educator, local elected official, mother of two, and wife of a public school teacher. She’s running to hold this critical seat, fight for Granite State families, and bring a new generation of leadership to Washington. The Finance & Political Outreach Associate will be part of the leadership team, report directly to the Campaign Manager, and work closely with the candidate.

This full-time, in-person role is based in New Hampshire’s Seacoast region.

Responsibilities

[CORE] Fundraising and Call Time

• Staff candidate during call time & implement a staff call time strategy

• Prospect potential donors and oversee donor research program

• Perform all donor follow up, including timely emails, letters, calls, and thank you notes

• Assist with fundraising and fundraising strategy, including pitching creative fundraising ideas

• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of fundraising events

Digital Fundraising and Communications

• Track, draft, and help manage fundraising emails and P2P texts

• Assist in building and implementing a grassroots digital fundraising strategy, including testing ideas to expand the small-dollar donor base

• Maintain consistency of campaign voice across fundraising emails and digital communications.

• Track performance of fundraising emails and digital efforts and recommend improvements over time

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paces environment and be responsive to timely needs, including from the principal

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Spreadsheets, NGP, Actblue, and familiarity with calletime software (e.g. Pingdex)

• Desired: Previous cycles of fundraising experience at any level

Salary is $4000-$4500/ month, commensurate with experience.
